And for the first time you see not only how things were, but how you were experiencing them accurately?
I just had that moment. I’m wondering how things would have gone if I had not stuck it out with that guy. I’m also wondering how I could have possibly been that stupid.
But (but!), I’m proud of myself for growing up since then.
